ประเทศนี้ได้รับฉายาว่า"สวิตเซอร์แลนด์แห่งเอเชียกลาง" มีพรมแดนติดกับ คาซัคสถาน, อุซเบกิสถาน, ทาจิกิสถาน และจีน ประเทศที่เต็มไปด้วยภูเขาสูง ทะเลสาบใส เสน่ห์ของวิถีชีวิตเร่ร่อนแบบดั้งเดิมมีไฮไลท์สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสวยงามซ่อนอยู่หนึ่งในนั้นคือ หุบเขา Altyn Arashan (อัลติน อาราชาน) เต็มไปด้วย ทุ่งหญ้าสีเขียว กว้างไกลสุดสายตา มีแม่น้ำใสไหลผ่าน และล้อมรอบด้วยเทือกเขาสูงของ Tien Shan เป็นหนึ่งในสถานที่ที่สวยและเงียบสงบที่สุดใน Kyrgyzstan ตั้งอยู่ใกล้เมือง Karakol

Song-Kol Lake (ซง-คูล) เป็นหนึ่งในทะเลสาบที่งดงามและโดดเด่นที่สุดของ Kyrgyzstan ตั้งอยู่บนที่ราบสูงกลางหุบเขา Tien Shan ที่ระดับความสูงประมาณ 3,016 เมตรเหนือระดับน้ำทะเล สัมผัสกับชุมชนชาวคีร์กีซเร่ร่อน ที่ใช้ชีวิตเรียบง่ายกับม้า วัว และแกะไปร่วมใช้ชีวิตนอนกระโจมริมทะเลสาบ

เมืองที่ไปทั้งหมดได้แก่ Bishkek,Karakol,Altyn Arashan,Tamga,Song Kol,Chong Kemin เดินทางทั้งหมด 8 คืน 9 วัน เก็บครบทุกจุดไฮไลท์ ทริปของเราเป็นทริปพาไปถ่ายภาพโดยที่ผู้ร่วมทริปไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นช่างภาพแต่เพียงมีใจรักในการเที่ยวธรรมชาติ ชอบถ่ายภาพด้วยอุปกรณ์อะไรก็ได้ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกล้องโปรหรือโทรศัพท์ ทางเรามีทีมงานคอยถ่ายภาพให้ตลอดทั้งทริปลักษณะทริป: Roadtrip, photo, 4wd ,horse riding

07.00  นัดพบที่สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ ประตุ 8 เช็คจำนวนสมาชิกพร้อมตรวจสอบสัมภาระให้ครบถ้วน เดินทางด้วยเที่ยวบินไฟลท์ BKK 10:15 - TAS 18:25  Air Astana, หากท่านใดอยากเข้า Check in ก่อน สามารถเข้านัดพบได้ที่ Gate, ระหว่างนั้น ทานข้าวหรือช้อปปิ้งได้ตามอัธยาศัย

18.25 เดินทางถึงสนามบินนานาชาติมานาส (Manas International Airport) พบปะทีมงานฝั่งคีร์กีซสถาน จากนั้นนั่งรถไปยังเมืองหลวง  Bishkek ประมาณ 40 นาที เพื่อเข้าที่พัก

09.00 นั่งรถไปเที่ยวอุทยาน Ala Archa 30 นาที เราจะเที่ยวถ่ายภาพที่นี่กันทั้งวัน

16.00 นั่งรถเข้าที่พัก, ทานข้าวเย็นและแยกย้ายกันพักผ่อนตามอัธยาศัย

• ช่วงเช้าถ่ายรูปเล่นตามอัธยาศัยหน้าที่พัก และทานมื้อเช้ากัน

• เดินทางต่อไปยัง Bokonbaev Vallage

• ระหว่างทางแวะเที่ยว Yssyk Kol Lake

D4  21 June 2026 | Bokonbaevo village - Canyon fairy tale - Karakol

• 08.00 ทานเข้าเช้า ณ ที่พัก และถ่ายเหยี่ยวหน้าแคมป์

• ออกเดินทางนั่งรถไปเที่ยว Canyon Fairy tale 30 นาที

• นั่งรถไปเที่ยวน้ำตก Barskoon waterfall

• เที่ยว Jeti oquz valley

• ตอนเย็นนั่งรถเข้าเมือง Karakol

• 19.00 เช็คอินเข้าที่พัก ทานมื้อเย็น เดินเล่น พักผ่อนตามอัธยาศัย

D5  22 June 2026 | Karakol city - Altyn Arashan Base camp (Army car) 

07.00 น. เป็นต้นไปทานมื้อเช้าที่โรงแรม

09.00 น. เตรียมสัมภาระ เปลี่ยนรถเป็นรถทหารเพื่อเข้าไป Altyn Arashan ระหว่างทางจะผ่าน ป่าสน ทุ่งหญ้า น้ำตก และแม่น้ำสีฟ้าใส เส้นทางค่อนข้างขรุขระเขย่าๆจนอาจจะปวดแขน ประมาณ 50 นาทีจะถึง Base camp 

12.00 น. มื้อเที่ยงเราจะมีอาหารใส่กล่องให้ กินข้าวไปด้วยกันพร้อมวิวสวยๆ

13.00 น. เดินไปสำรวจ Hot spring แล้วเราแยกย้ายถ่ายรูปพักผ่อนตามอัธยาศัยคืนนี้เราจะนอนเต็นท์กระโจม

17.00 น. ช่วงเย็นทานอาหารกันที่เต็นท์พร้อมกัน อากาศกลางคืนจะหนาวมากแต่เราจะพากันไปแช่น้ำพุร้อนพร้อมชมวิว เทือกเขา Palatka แก้หนาวด้วยกัน ส่วนตอนกลางคืนอากาศจะหนาวมาก ท้องฟ้าเต็มไปด้วยดาว

Hotel: Elza Guest house หรือเทียบเท่า (ที่นี่จะเป็นหมู่บ้านบนเขาที่พักจะไม่ค่อยได้มากนัก นอนห้องละ 2-4 คน) ที่พักมีน้อยมาก

Note: ควรเตรียมเสื้อกันหนาว แม้ว่าจะเป็นฤดูร้อน แต่อากาศกลางคืนอาจต่ำกว่า 10°C (Altitude around 2200 m)

D6  23 June 2026 | Altyn Arashan Base camp - exploring Ala Kol lake (horse riding 4 hours) - Ala Kol lake view point (Hike 1.5 hours)

08.00 น. ตื่นเช้ากินข้าว บรรยากาศหมอกลอยต่ำๆเคลาต้นสนสวยๆ

09.00 น. เตรียมสัมภาระ กล้องถ่ายรูป รองเท้าเดินป่า เตรียมขี่ม้าสำรวจ Altyn Arashan มุ่งหน้าประมาณ 4 ชั่วโมงเพื่อไป Ala Kol lake มุมวิวนี้สวยมาก แต่ถ้าจะให้สวยที่สุดอาจจะต้องเดินเท้าประมาณ 1.5 ชั่วโมง ขึ้นไป view point ทะเลสาบ Ala-Kul เป็นหนึ่งในทะเลสาบบนภูเขาที่สวยและขึ้นชื่อที่สุดของ Kyrgyzstan ตั้งอยู่ที่ระดับความสูง 3,560 เมตร ในเทือกเขา Tien Shan มีน้ำเป็นสีฟ้าสดใสตัดกับภูเขาหิมะ ทำให้ได้วิวพาโนรามาสุดมหัศจรรย์

13.00 น. พักทานข้าวกันบน Ala-Kul lake

14.00 น. เดินทางขี่ม้ากลับไปยัง Altyn Arashan Camp

19.00 น. ทางข้าวเย็น แล้วไปแช่น้ำร้อนคลายเมื่อยกัน

Note: ข้อควรรู้และระวังสำหรับวันนี้

1.ควรเตรียมเสื้อกันหนาวไปด้วยบน Ala-Kul lake ถ้าลมแรงจะหนาวมาก ใส่รองเท้าเดินป่า เพื่อความคล่องตัวและเซฟตี้เวลาเดิน

2. วันนี้เราขึ้นที่สูงเกิน 3000 m ทำให้เสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรค AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) หรือที่เรียกกันว่า “โรคแพ้ความสูง” เป็นภาวะที่เกิดจากการขึ้นที่สูงอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้ร่างการได้รับออกซิเจนน้อย เนื่องจากยิ่งพื้อที่สูงยิ่งมีออกซิเจนเบาบาง ซึ่งอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อร่างกาย อาการของ AMS ปวดศีรษะ,คลื่นไส้ อาเจียน,เวียนหัว มึนงง,หายใจติดขัด เหนื่อยง่าย,นอนไม่หลับ ***ดังนั้นเราจะค่อยๆเริ่มไต่ระดับความสูงในแต่ละวันและนอนพักผ่อนในเมืองพี่ให้ร่ายกายได้ค่อยๆปรับตัว วันที่เราไป Ala-Kul lake เราจะเดินขึ้นไปที่สูงตอนกลางวัน และกลับมานอนที่ระดับความสูงที่ต่ำกว่า เพื่อไม่ให้ร่างกายขาดออกซิเจนเป็นเวลานาน

****วิธีปฎิบัติตัวเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดอาการ AMS - ดื่มน้ำให้เพียงพอ (3-4 ลิตรต่อวัน) ป้องกันภาวะขาดน้ำที่อาจทำให้อาการแย่ลง

- หลีกเลี่ยง แอลกอฮอล์และบุหรี่ เพราะทำให้ร่างกายขาดออกซิเจน

- ควรพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ อย่าเดินเร็วหรือใช้แรงมากเกินไป

- ทานยา Diamox (Acetazolamide) เพื่อช่วยลดความเสี่ยงเกิดอาการAMS

แต่ว่าผลข้างเคียงของยา Diamox ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นอาการข้างเคียงที่พบได้บ่อย

✔ มือ เท้า และใบหน้าชา หรือรู้สึกเหมือนมีเข็มแทง (Tingling sensation)

✔ปัสสาวะบ่อย (เป็นผลจากฤทธิ์ขับปัสสาวะของยา)

✔ร่างกายสูญเสียน้ำและเกลือแร่ อาจทำให้เกิดภาวะขาดน้ำ

✔เวียนหัว อ่อนเพลีย

✔รสชาติอาหารเปลี่ยนไป หรือ มีรสขมโลหะในปาก

คำแนะนำในการใช้ยา Diamox อย่างปลอดภัย

✔ควรเริ่มทานล่วงหน้า 1-2 วันก่อนขึ้นที่สูง (ปกติขนาด 125-250 มก. วันละ 2 ครั้ง)

✔ดื่มน้ำมากๆ เพื่อป้องกันภาวะขาดน้ำจากฤทธิ์ขับปัสสาวะของยา

✔หลีกเลี่ยงแอลกอฮอล์ เพราะอาจทำให้ผลข้างเคียงรุนแรงขึ้น

✔หากมีอาการแพ้ยา ให้หยุดใช้ทันทีและพบแพทย์

Note. ควรปรึกษาแพทย์หรือเภสัช เพื่อเช็คสภาพร่างกายก่อนว่าแพ้อะไรหรือไม่ก่อนตัดสินใจทานยานี้

D7  24 June 2026 | Altyn Arashan Base camp - Karakol city

08.00 น. ตื่นเช้ากินข้าว วันนี้เรายังใช้เวลากันอยู่ Altyn Arashan ใครอยากนอนตื่นสายก็ได้ตามสบาย แต่ถ้าใครยังไหวเราจะชวนไปเดินเล่นสำรวจให้ทั่ว Altyn Arashan กันเลย

13.00 น. เราจะเตรียมตัวโบกมือลาสถานที่ Altyn Arashan กันแล้ว เราจะนั่งรถทหารไปยังเมือง Karakol city ประมาณ 40 นาที หลังจากนอนหนาวมาหลายวันในป่า วันนี้จะรีชาร์จ พักผ่อนกันในเมืองตามอัธยาศัย

15.00 น. ไปเดินเล่นในเมือง Karakol city หาคาเฟ่นั่งกินขนมกันตามอัธยาศัย

18.00 น. แยกย้ายกันพักผ่อนตามอัธยาศัยMeal: B

D8 24 June 2026 | Karakol city - Kok Jaiyk valley  - Barskoon valley - Tamga (stay at yurt camp beside Yssyk Kol lake)

08.00 น. ตื่นเช้ากินข้าวกันที่โรงแรม เตรียมตัวออกเดินทางกันต่อ

09.00 น. มุ่งหน้าไป Kok-Jaiyk Valley ใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง จุดนี้เป็นหนึ่งใน หุบเขาที่สวยที่สุดใกล้เมือง Karakol ซึ่งขึ้นชื่อเรื่อง ทุ่งหญ้ากว้างใหญ่ ทุ่งดอกไม้ป่า และวิวภูเขาหิมะ แห่งเทือกเขา Tien Shan มี แม่น้ำ Karakol ไหลผ่าน ท่ามกลางวิวภูเขาหิมะที่สวยงาม เป็นจุดที่เหมาะสำหรับการเดินเล่น ถ่ายรูป ตรงนี้จะมีน้ำตกเล็กๆซ่อนอยู่ด้วย

12.00 น. ออกเดินทางไป Barskoon valley อีกหุบเขาที่เต็มไปด้วย ป่าสนเขียวขจี ทุ่งหญ้ากว้าง และวิวภูเขาหิมะแวะเที่ยวถ่ายรูปน้ำตกกันอีกสักจุด

15.00 น. เดินทางไป Elestet yurt camp แคมป์กระโจมริมทะเลสาบ Yssyk Kol lake วิวสวยเลย

18.00 น. ทางอาหารเย็นกันที่แคมป์ ก่อนจะแยกย้ายกันไปนอนพักผ่อน

D9  25 June 2026 | Tamga - Kalmak Ashuu pass - Song Kol lake

08.00 น. ตื่นเช้าทานข้าวเช้า ชมวิวสวยๆหน้าเต็นท์ที่เราพัก

10.00 น. ออกเดินทางไปทะเลสาบ Song-Kol มีขนาดใหญ่และสวยงาม ล้อมรอบไปด้วย ทุ่งหญ้าสีเขียวขจี ระหว่างทางจะผ่านเส้นทาง Kalmak Ashuu Pass – เส้นทางข้ามภูเขาสูงสุดอลังการของ Kyrgyzstan ระหว่างทางถ้าตรงไหนสวยเราก็จะหยุดถ่ายรูปเก็บบรรยากาศกัน และระหว่างทางเราจะแวะที่ Fairy Tale Canyon (Skazka Canyon) หุบเขาที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะตัวคือ หินที่มีรูปทรงแปลกตา หินทรายสีแดง ส้ม เหลือง และน้ำตาล ทำให้ที่นี่เหมือนกับฉากจากเทพนิยาย แล้วก็ยังมีกิจกรรมโชว์เหยี่ยวด้วยถ้าสนใจจะเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม 100 US Dollar ต่อกรุ๊ป

13.00 น. พักทานข้าวกันระหว่างทาง

16.00 น. ถึง Song Kol lake วันนี้เราจะนอนและใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับชนเผ่าเร่รอนดั้งเดิมของชาว Kyrgyzstan

18.00 น. ทานข้าวร่วมกับชนเผ่าเร่ร่อน แล้วแยกย้ายกันพักผ่อนตามอัธยาศัย

D10 26 June 2026 | Song Kol – Bishkek

08.00 น. ตื่นเช้าทานข้าวเช้า ชมวิวสวยๆหน้าเต็นท์ที่เราพัก

09.00 น. ออกเดินทางไป Moldo-Ashuu และ KAZHYR TY Waterfall

13.00 น. พักทานข้าวมื้อกลางวันระหว่างทาง อิสระ

16.00 น. เราจะถึงที่พักคืนนี้ดึกหน่อย เพราะตั้งเป้าหมายมาพักผ่อนกันในเมืองหลวง Bishkek ทานมื้อเย็นอิสระแยกย้ายพักผ่อนตามอัธยาศัย

08.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ทานมื้อเช้าที่โรงแรมตามอัธยาศัย

10.00 น. เดินเที่ยวเมืองหลวง Bishkek ไป Osh bazar กันสักหน่อยก่อนที่เราจะกลับไทยในวันนี้

15.00 น. มุ่งหน้าไปสนามบินเดินทางกลับประเทศไทย เที่ยวบิน TAS 19:25 - BKK 08:55 (+1) Air Astana จะถึงไทยเวลา 08:55 ของวันที่ 28 มิถุนายน 2026

08.55 น. เดินทางกลับถึงประเทศไทย เที่ยวบิน TAS 19:25 - BKK 08:55 (+1) Air Astana Landing ที่สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ, แยกย้ายเดินทางกันกลับบ้าน

สิ่งที่ควรรู้ก่อนไป

- อากาศประมาณ 15-30 องศา กลางคืนอาจจะต่ำถึง 10 องศา เสื้อกันฝนควรพกไปด้วย

- ที่พักเป็นระดับ 3-4 ดาวในเมืองใหญ่ และระดับ 2-3 ดาวในชนบท เนื่องจากพื้นที่ที่ไปอยู่บนเขานอกเมือง

- ห้องน้ำมีให้แวะระหว่างทาง ห้องน้ำสะอาดแต่มีแค่ 1 ห้อง เพราะเป็นห้องน้ำที่อยู่ในมินิมาร์ท ในปั๊มน้ำมัน ปกติจะแวะเข้าห้องน้ำทุก 1 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที

- การเดินทางนั่งรถค่อนข้างนานในช่วงวันที่ 2 นอกเหนือจากนั้นเป็นการนั่งรถเที่ยวระยะสั้น-ชาวคีร์กีซให้ความสำคัญกับ การทักทายด้วยมารยาท ควร ทักทายด้วยคำว่า "Salam" (สลาม) และจับมือในการทักทาย, โดยเฉพาะกับผู้สูงวัย

- การเดินทางใน Kyrgyzstan มีทั้งลาดยางและลูกรังตามหุบเขา ทำถนนบ่อยอาจจะต้องจอดรถรอหลายครั้งในช่วงวันแรกๆและท้าย

- การทานมื้อเที่ยงอาจจะล่าช้าบ้างบางวันเนื่องด้วยความห่างของระหว่างเมืองค่อนข้างไกล รวมถึงมื้อเย็นบางวันที่ถ่ายภาพจนค่ำ ควรติดของว่างไว้บนรถ

- ใครเมารถเวียนหัวบ่อยจนการเดินทางในหุบเขามีถนนคดเคี้ยวควรเตรียมยาแก้เมารถไปด้วย

Day 4 – 21 June 2026 | Bokonbaev Village – Fairy Tale Canyon – Karakol

08:00 – Enjoy breakfast at the camp and photograph the falcons around the area.Depart for Fairy Tale Canyon (approx. 30 minutes by car) — a stunning landscape of colorful rock formations shaped by wind and time.Continue the journey to visit the Barskoon Waterfall, one of the most scenic spots in the Issyk-Kul region.Afterward, explore Jeti-Oguz Valley, famous for its red cliffs known as “Seven Bulls.”In the evening, drive to Karakol City.

The off-road trail passes through pine forests, meadows, waterfalls, and crystal-blue rivers. The road is bumpy and rugged — expect a fun, shaky ride of about 50 minutes before reaching the base camp.

12:00 – Picnic lunch with boxed meals while enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery.13:00 – Explore the natural hot springs, relax, or photograph freely around the area. Tonight, we’ll stay in traditional yurt tents surrounded by alpine landscapes.17:00 – Dinner together at the camp. In the evening, enjoy soaking in the hot spring while admiring the view of the Palatka Mountain at night, temperatures drop sharply — the sky is usually filled with countless stars.

Day 6 – 23 June 2026 | Altyn Arashan Base Camp – Exploring Ala-Kul Lake (Horse Riding 4 hrs) – Ala-Kul Lake Viewpoint (Hike 1.5 hrs)

08:00 – Wake up to a chilly morning with low mist drifting among pine trees. Enjoy breakfast in the tranquil mountain air.09:00 – Prepare your gear, camera, and hiking shoes, then set off on horseback to explore deeper into Altyn Arashan Valley. Ride for about 4 hours toward Ala-Kul Lake — one of the most breathtaking alpine lakes in Kyrgyzstan.To reach the most spectacular panoramic viewpoint, continue hiking for around 1.5 hours.Located at an altitude of 3,560 m in the Tien Shan Mountains, Ala-Kul Lake is famous for its vivid turquoise water framed by snow-covered peaks — a true photographer’s dream.

13:00 – Enjoy lunch by the lakeside with a magnificent view.14:00 – Ride horses back to Altyn Arashan Camp.19:00 – Have dinner together and unwind in the hot spring to ease tired muscles after a day of adventure.

🏔 Notes: Important Tips & Precautions for Today

1. Warm clothing is essential at Ala-Kul Lake — the wind can be extremely cold. Wear proper hiking shoes for stability and safety while walking.

2. Today we will reach altitudes above 3,000 m, which increases the risk of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) — a condition caused by rapid ascent to high altitudes, where oxygen levels are lower.Common symptoms: headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, shortness of breath, and difficulty sleeping.To reduce risk, our itinerary gradually increases altitude day by day, allowing your body to adapt. On the day we visit Ala-Kul Lake, we ascend during the day and return to a lower altitude for the night, ensuring your body has sufficient oxygen recovery time.

• Drink plenty of water (3–4 liters/day) to prevent dehydration.

• Avoid alcohol and smoking, which can reduce oxygen in the body.

• Rest well; avoid walking too fast or overexerting yourself.

After days in the wild, you’ll have time to relax and recharge in town.15:00 – Free time to stroll around Karakol, explore cafes, and enjoy the cozy local atmosphere.18:00 – Dinner and rest at your leisure.

One of the most beautiful valleys near Karakol, famous for its vast meadows, wildflowers, and snow-capped peaks of the Tien Shan Mountains, with the Karakol River flowing through. A perfect area for a light walk, photography, and enjoying a hidden small waterfall.12:00 – Continue to Barskoon Valley, another scenic alpine area filled with pine forests, wide meadows, and dramatic waterfalls.15:00 – Travel to Elestet Yurt Camp, located beside the serene Issyk-Kul Lake — the second-largest alpine lake in the world.18:00 – Dinner together at the camp and free time to relax by the lakeshore under the evening sky.

We’ll stop for photos whenever the landscape catches our eye.

En route, visit the famous Fairy Tale Canyon (Skazka Canyon) — a surreal landscape of red, orange, yellow, and brown sandstone formations sculpted by nature, resembling scenes from a fairytale.An optional falconry demonstration is also available (additional fee: USD 100 per group).

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Case 1: Cancel ≥ 90 days before departure → Full deposit refund (except actual expenses already paid, e.g. hotel or vehicle fees)

• Case 2: Cancel 60–30 days before departure → 50 % deposit refund

• Case 3: Cancel < 45 days before departure → Deposit non-refundable

• Case 4: Cancel < 30 days before departure → No refund for total trip fee

• Case 5: If cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g. COVID-19 restrictions or natural disasters) → 100 % deposit refund within 30 days (except actual expenses incurred)

• Case 6: If a participant tests positive for COVID-19 before departure → Deposit non-refundable

• Case 7: If government entry/exit bans are enforced → Deposit non-refundable, but the trip may be postponed

• Case 8: If the operator cancels the trip → 100 % deposit refund
