Day1 26 July 2024 | Bangkok - Medan - Samosir Island

10.00 น. นัดพบที่สนามบินดอนเมือง เช็คจำนวนสมาชิกและสัมภาระให้เรียบร้อย จากนั้นเดินทางไปยังเมดานตามที่บินที่แจ้ง เที่ยวบินขาไป:  DMK12.40 - KNO14.45 

14.45 น. เดินทางถึงสนามบินเมดาน แลกเงินเสร็จนั่งรถจากในเมืองไปยังเกาะ Samosir, วันนี้จะนั่งรถนาน 4-5 ชั่วโมง ระหว่างนั่งรถมีแวะพักระหว่างทาง หลังจากนั้นเราจะนั่งเรือข้ามเกาะกันประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง. วันนี้เป็นวันบินและเดินทางทั้งวันอาจจะไม่ค่อยมีวิวมากนัก เตรียมขนมนมเนยหากิจกรรมแก้เบื่อกันบนรถได้เลย หลังจากนั้นพรุ่งนี้และวันต่อๆไปก็จะได้เที่ยวเดินทางไม่ไกลแล้ว

21.00 น. เข้าที่พักและทานมื้อเย็น, พักผ่อนตามอัธยาศัย

Day2 27 July 2024 | Samosir Island

08. 00 น. ทานมื้อเช้า ณ ที่พัก 

09.00 น. นั่งรถไปเที่ยว Samosir อีกฝั่งนึ่ง ถ่ายรูปชมวิวภูเขา Pangururan and Bukit Holbung, Patung Yesus Tertinggi di Dunia  

12.00 น. ทานมื้อเที่ยงระหว่างทาง จากนั้นนั่งเรือไปเล่นน้ำตกกลางทะเลสาบสุด Unseen (เตรียมเสื้อผ้าไปเปลี่ยนด้วย) ทานมื้อเช้าเที่ยงกลางทะเลสาบ

17.00 น. ชมวิวแสงเย็นที่ Samosir ใจกลางทะเลสาบ Toba ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในเมดาน และทานมื้อเย็นกันที่เกาะจากนั้นนั่งรถกลับที่พักที่เดิมริมทะเลสาบ

18.00 น. กลับถึงที่พัก อาบน้ำชำระร่างกาย และไปทานมื้อเย็น

19.30 น. กิจกรรมสังสรรค์คืนสุดท้าย, พักผ่อนตามอัธยาศัย

Day3 28 July 2024 | Samosir Island - Sipiso2 Waterfall - Berastagi

08.00 น. ทานมื้อเช้า ณ ที่พัก

10.00 น. นั่งรถไปเที่ยว Sipiso2 Waterfall น้ำตกที่สวยมากในเมดาน เมื่อจอดรถแล้วเราต้องเดินลงไปข้างล่างประมาณ 15 นาที น้ำตกนี้เป็นน้ำตกจากราบสูง Batak เกิดจากแม่น้ำใต้ดินสายเล็กๆ ของที่ราบสูง Karo ที่ตกลงมาจากถ้ำข้างแอ่งภูเขาไฟของทะเลสาบโทบา ลงไปที่ระดับทะเลสาบประมาณ 120 เมตร Sipiso-piso จุดชมวิวสามารถมองเห็นวิวของน้ำตกและทะเลสาบได้ทั้ง 2 ฝั่ง ถ่ายรูปด้านบนก็สวยด้านล่างก็สวยไม่แพ้กัน, ขาเดินขึ้นจะเหนื่อยเล็กน้อยค่อยๆเดินขึ้นใช้เวลาประมาณ 20-30 นาที

12.00 น. พักทานมื้อเที่ยงแถวน้ำตก

14.00 น. ขับรถเที่ยวทะเลสาบและวิวภูเขาสวยๆรอบๆเกาะผ่านทาง Penatapan Simarjarunjung และมุ่งสู่งเมือง Berastagi ที่เป็นเมืองแห่งภูเขาไฟ, ชมแสงเย็นระหว่างทางจะเห็นภูเขาไฟ Sinabung และทานมื้อเย็นระหว่างทาง

20.00 น. กลับเข้าที่พักและทานมื้อเย็น

Day4 29 July 2024 | Berastagi - Sibayak - Medan

04.00 น. นั่งรถจากที่พักไปจุดเริ่มเดินขึ้นภูเขาไฟประมาณ 20-30 นาที 

04.30 น. เริ่มเดินขึ้นไปชมภูเขาไฟ Sibayak ประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมงจะถึงจุดชมวิว เราจะทานมื้อเช้าปิกนิกง่ายๆกันบนนั้นพร้อมชมแสงเช้าและทะเลหมอกกันบนนั้น ด้านบนจะมีจุดชมวิว 3 จุดสามารถชมวิวเมือง Berasigi, Sibaya, และ Sinabung ที่เป็นภูเขาไฟพี่น้องกันแบบระยะประชิดขณะ Active อยู่

Note. ถ้าโชคดีอาจจะได้ชมภูเขาไฟ Active เห็นควัน เห็นลาวา *** ไม่สามารถคาดเดาได้ ขึ้นอยู่กับสถาณการณ์

10.00 น. เดินลงภูเขาไฟมายังลานจอดรถและกลับไปอาบน้ำชำระร่างกายหลังเหนื่อยกับการชมภูเขาไฟช่วงเช้ามืดกันมา

12.00 น. พักทานมื้อเที่ยงระหว่างทาง 

13.30 น. นั่งรถไปยัง Ghost Town of Sinabung Volcano ถ่ายรูปเมืองร้างสมัยก่อนหลังภูเขาไฟประทุ และไปชมภูเขาไฟ Sinabung ระยะประชิดกว่าตอนเช้าในอีกมุมหนึ่ง

17.00 น. ชมวิวภูเขาไฟแสงเย็นของภูเขาไฟ Sinbung และ Sibayak จากนั้นนั่งรถออกจากเมือง Berastagi กลับเข้าไปยังตัวเมือง Medan ใช้ระยะเวลาประมาณ 3 ชั่วโมง

20.00 น. เช็คอินเข้าที่พักและทานมื้อเย็นในสนามบินหรืออื่นๆ ยืดหยุ่นตามเวลา

10.15 น. บินจากเมดานกลับกรุงเทพใช้เวลา 2 ชั่วโมงบินตรงถึงดอนเมือง

12.10 น. เดินทางถึงสนามบินดอนเมือง กรุงเทพ โดยสวัสดิภาพ, แยกย้ายเดินทางกลับบ้าน

⛰️Travel Plan

Day 1: 26 July 2024 | Bangkok - Medan - Samosir Island

10:00 AM: Meet at Don Mueang Airport. Check the number of participants and luggage. Then, proceed to Medan as per the flight schedule. Outbound Flight: DMK 12:40 - KNO 14:45

2:45 PM: Arrive at Medan Airport. Exchange money and then take a car to Samosir Island. Today, the car ride will be about 4-5 hours. There will be stops along the way. After that, we will take a ferry to the island, which will take about 1 hour. Today will mainly be a travel day with not many views, so bring snacks and activities to pass the time in the car. Tomorrow and the following days will be more about exploring and less about traveling long distances.

9:00 PM: Check-in at the accommodation and have dinner. Relax at your leisure.

Note: Outbound Flight: DMK 12:40 - KNO 14:45. You can meet at the gate during boarding time if you plan to shop inside the airport first.

Day 2: 27 July 2024 | Samosir Island

8:00 AM: Have breakfast at the accommodation. 

9:00 AM: Take a car to explore the other side of Samosir Island. Visit and photograph the views at Pangururan, Bukit Holbung, and Patung Yesus Tertinggi di Dunia. 

12:00 PM: Have lunch along the way. Then, take a boat to an unseen waterfall in the middle of the lake (bring a change of clothes). Have a floating lunch on the lake. 

5:00 PM: Enjoy the evening views in Samosir at the heart of Lake Toba, the largest lake in Medan. Have dinner on the island, then return to the accommodation by the lake. 

6:00 PM: Return to the accommodation, shower, and have dinner. 

7:30 PM: Enjoy the last night's activities and relax at your leisure.

Day 3: 28 July 2024 | Samosir Island - Sipiso2 Waterfall - Berastagi

8:00 AM: Have breakfast at the accommodation. 

10:00 AM: Take a car to visit Sipiso2 Waterfall, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Medan. After parking, we will walk down for about 15 minutes. This waterfall originates from a small underground river on the Karo highlands, falling from the edge of the Lake Toba volcanic crater to the lake level about 120 meters below. Sipiso-piso offers viewpoints where you can see both the waterfall and the lake. The view is stunning from both the top and the bottom. The walk back up may be a bit tiring, taking about 20-30 minutes. 

12:00 PM: Have lunch near the waterfall. 2:00 PM: Drive around the lake and enjoy beautiful mountain views on Penatapan Simarjarunjung, heading towards Berastagi, a city of volcanoes. Enjoy the evening light along the way, seeing Sinabung Volcano. Have dinner along the way. 

8:00 PM: Return to the accommodation and have dinner.

Note: If lucky, you might witness an active volcano *** This depends on the situation.

Day 4: 29 July 2024 | Berastagi - Sibayak - Medan

4:00 AM: Take a car from the accommodation to the starting point of the hike, about 20-30 minutes. 

4:30 AM: Start hiking to the Sibayak Volcano viewpoint, taking about 1 hour. We will have a simple picnic breakfast while watching the morning light and sea of fog. There are three viewpoints where you can see Berastagi, Sibaya, and Sinabung volcanoes up close, with Sinabung being the active one. 

Note: If lucky, you might witness an active volcano with smoke and lava *** This depends on the situation.

10:00 AM: Walk back down to the parking area and return to shower and freshen up after the early morning hike. 

12:00 PM: Have lunch along the way. 

1:30 PM: Drive to the Ghost Town of Sinabung Volcano, photograph the abandoned town after the volcanic eruption, and see Sinabung Volcano up close from another angle. 

5:00 PM: Enjoy the evening view of Sinabung and Sibayak volcanoes. Then, drive back from Berastagi to Medan, taking about 3 hours. 

8:00 PM: Check in at the accommodation and have dinner at the airport or elsewhere, depending on the time.

Day 5: 30 July 2024 | Medan - Bangkok

7:00 AM: Have breakfast at the accommodation. 

8:00 AM: Check-in at the airport, go through the gate, and shop at your leisure. 

10:15 AM: Fly from Medan to Bangkok, taking 2 hours for a direct flight to Don Mueang.

This price includes:

• Local guide and staff fees
• Photography team throughout the trip
• All transportation costs during the trip as per the itinerary (Private car)
• Meals as specified in the itinerary
• Accommodation every night as per the itinerary
• Entrance fees to all parks
• Travel insurance of 1,000,000 THB (conditions apply)

This price does not include:

• Flight tickets between Thailand and Indonesia (can request team assistance to book)
• Personal expenses such as SIM cards, internet, snacks, supplements, alcoholic beverages, personal medications
• Additional personal travel insurance
• Meals not specified in the itinerary, airport and in-flight meals (can purchase as per individual preference)
• Tips for local guides (200 IDR per person or more as per satisfaction)
• Costs due to customer-induced changes in the itinerary or natural disasters
• COVID testing as per personal preference
• Additional 4,000 THB for single occupancy
• Personal items

Booking Method:

1. First Payment: 7,000 THB deposit upon trip booking.
2. Second Payment: 8,900 THB within 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

***Deposits will be refunded within 30 days after cancellation.

Case 1: Cancel the trip 90 days in advance – Full deposit refund, excluding actual expenses already paid, such as accommodation and transportation fees. 

Case 2: Cancel the trip between 60 and 90 days in advance – 50% deposit refund. 

Case 3: Cancel the trip less than 45 days in advance – No deposit refund. 

Case 4: Cancel the trip less than 30 days in advance – No trip fee refund. 

Case 5: Cancel the trip due to emergency situations such as COVID-19 regulations or other natural disasters – 100% deposit refund within 30 days, excluding expenses already paid. 

Case 6: No deposit refund if the participant tests positive for COVID-19 before the trip. 

Case 7: No deposit refund if there is a ban on entering or leaving the country *** but the trip can be postponed. 

Case 8: If the organizer cancels the trip, a 100% deposit refund will be given.
