Participants are free to book their own flights at their convenience and meet the team in Chengdu, China on 11 October 2025, or they may choose to fly together with our staff on the specified flights.

Travel Itinerary & Preparation

Day 1 | 11 October 2025 (-/-/-)

Meet at Chengdu Airport or meet at Hotel. Upon arrival, check in at a hotel in Chengdu city.

Note. No worries about flight time, you can arrive in Chengdu anytime that suits you best.

Just make sure your flight lands within 11 October so you can meet up with the group

Day 2 | 12 October 2025 (B/L/-)

In the morning, depart for Luding. Lunch en route and shop for supplies to take up for dinner at Niubeishan (on the mountain, only fast food and spicy hotpot are available at relatively high prices).

Upon arrival at Niubeishan, prepare an overnight bag for 1 night. Then take the park shuttle bus (45 minutes) followed by a UTV ride up to the accommodation. Bags will be transported by vehicle. Free time for rest and photography.

Note: On the mountain, there are no shower facilities. Toilets and sinks are available for washing up.

⛺️ Stay: Luxury Glamping Tent, Niubeishan

Day 3 | 13 October 2025 (B/L/-)

At sunrise, enjoy photography at the viewpoint with sea of clouds and Gongga Mountain in the background, then have breakfast at the dining area.

Later in the morning, descend by UTV and then by park shuttle bus (same route). Lunch in Luding before continuing to Moxi town (2 hrs). Free time to shower and stroll around the town.

Moxi is a charming small town with a pedestrian street, located at the foot of Mount Gongga, offering stunning mountain views.

Dinner is on your own — enjoy exploring the pedestrian street and shopping for souvenirs.

🏠 Stay: Hotel in Moxi

Day 4 | 14 October 2025 (B/L/-)

Visit Hailuogou National Park for half a day. In the afternoon, transfer back to Tianfu International Airport (4 hrs). Dinner at the airport before departure.

Note. We will arrive Airport about 6pm, if who want stay more night at Chengdu, Please tell us in advance

Important Notes Before Booking

** Staying at Niubeishan requires luggage transfer by park shuttle. If your suitcase is heavy, it is recommended to repack into a smaller bag or backpack with essentials for 1 night.

There are no shower facilities on Niubeishan. However, restroom facilities are available where you can wash your face, brush your teeth, and do a basic fresh-up
Elevation: 3,660 meters.
All participants must ride UTVs (2 persons per vehicle) for about 30 minutes each way. It is not difficult, and driving can be alternated.
Accommodation is in 3–4 star hotels, except on Niubeishan where you will stay in a large glamping tent with heater.
Meals are mainly Sichuan-style, clean and convenient.
Tourist sites in China may occasionally close without prior notice due to local conditions; alternative nearby attractions may be arranged.

Trip Cancellation Policy

Case 1: Cancellation before 30 September → Deposit refund of 200 USD.
Case 2: Cancellation after 30 September → Deposit is non-refundable.
Case 3: If the organizer cancels the trip → 100% deposit refund.
